The lack of belt and pulley ensures that the power taken from the engine is transferred directly to the fan. Thus, situations such as power losses and possible belt shedding are prevented.
The exhausted air is evacuated by purifying it from oil with the G2 metal wire filter integrated into the system. G2 filters, which are contaminated according to the intensity of use and the oil rate of the product manufactured, can be easily disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. The odor released into the atmosphere can also be minimized with the optional carbon filter.
With the maintenance switch positioned on the device and the optional frequency inverter system control panel application, it becomes a professional unit. With the system control panel, the fan speed is controlled according to the density and energy saving is achieved.
Plug fan technology with sparse blade structure is used in kitchen exhaust aspirators. Since belt pulley assembly is not used in these aspirators, power transfer is made directly to the fan. It is produced with and without filter. It has the feature of continuous operation at 120⁰C.
